Dr. Tofu, the local chiropractor, is highly skilled in martial arts medicine, when he's himself.
But whenever he sees Kasumi, his glasses steam up and he becomes a babbling fool, and a danger
to himself and his patients, as everyone but Kasumi knows. Often after seeing Kasumi, he dances
around in glee with his skeleton 'Betty-chan'.
